Quick site scan
When you enter a URL, we process that address only to run a surface check of publicly available content. Before the request we apply SSRF protection and a rate limit. We do not ask for an account, password or file access for this check.
Technical logs may temporarily contain IP address, request time and the entered URL, to prevent abuse and for diagnostics.
Contact form
If you send a request, we process the site address, reply email and request type (cleanup or consultation). That data is used only to reply. We do not sell it or pass it to third parties for marketing.
Cleanup and monitoring
When we agree on an intervention, you may give us temporary access (e.g. admin or FTP/SFTP). We use access only for the agreed work. Afterwards, temporary credentials should be changed or revoked.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses technically necessary sessions for forms (e.g. Livewire). If extra analytics is enabled, it measures traffic, not advertising profiles.
Retention and security
We keep data as long as needed for a reply, case record and abuse protection. We apply reasonable technical measures (HTTPS, rate limit, input sanitization).
Your rights
